Description:
An attractive, large bowl by Scott's pottery, Sunderland with the rare 'November' transfer in the centre surrounded by 'Garibaldi' 'Agamemnon in a storm' and maritime verse in a flowered garland. The outer side features 'New bridge over the river Wear' 'Ancient order of Foresters' and a Masonic verse.
Circa 1860
Approx - 10 inches (250mm) dia. x 4.25 inches (110mm) tall.
In fair condition, hairline cracks to body and restoration to rim.
